Here is an overview of our production methods to help you understand the technique built up by years of knowledge and skill in the flooring industry, guaranteeing top class quality. Forward your requests and we will arrive at a solution for you, our ingenuity knows no limit!

DRYING
We work with wet granulates. After washing and chemical cleaning, these raw materials are then dried during production using industrial drying installations. After drying, the moisture content of the granulate is less than 0.5%.

SIEVING
Dried or delivered dry granulates are then screened through our sieving installations to obtain the desired grain sizes. Standard fractions are:
0.1-0.4mm / 0.1-0.5mm / 0.4-0.8mm / 0.5-1.0mm / 0.7-1.2mm /
1.0-1.6mm / 1-2mm / 2-3.25mm / 3-5mm / 5-8mm / 3-8mm / 8-16mm.

COLOURING
Our production expertise allows us to coat the dried granulates with epoxy or polyurethane based binders. The coating compositions and pigments are entirely developed and manufactured in-house. This results in high-quality industrial raw materials with many applications for various granulates.

MIXING
By mixing various granulates and other raw materials the ready-to-work product is achieved. By using triple batch mixing systems we optimize the perfect solution to produce the perfect product. Additionally, we are able to mix and pack mortars with polymer binders.
We specialize in the homogeneous mixing of very fine powders and granulates up to 0.5mm. The filler and mortar mixtures can contain dry or liquid additives/pigments in low percentages. Product damage or heating during the process is avoided.

PACKING
Supplied ready packed in paper, PE or valve bags. We also supply in steel or PE buckets. We can weigh 1 to 5 different granulations
(also more, if required) precisely per component for packing.
We guarantee an exact mixing ratio for every component.
