PolyFill EP TN 111

PolyFill EP TN 111 is a blended quartz mix containing sands that allow an optimum application. The mortar screed is developed for layers with a minimum thickness of 5mm, but thicker layers are also possible. The mortar is applied by hand.

 

PolyFill EP TS

High-quality quartz sand mortar filler for horizontal use. Excellent supple application by hand and/or machine - granule fraction 0.1-2.0mm. Suitable for layers with thicknesses of 5 to at least 50mm. To be processed with various binder percentages.

 

PolyFill EP TC

Quartz sand filler to obtain polymer concrete with a grain size mix of 0.1-8.0mm. Specially developed for filling resins. Good reliability and compactness, only to be used on horizontal surfaces. Handy application properties and end compressive strength by low binding agent percentages.

 

PolyFill EP PLT 70

A specially developed, formulated mortar filler of quartz grains and additives to make application easy. The mortar is suitable for vertical and horizontal surfaces, plinths and thin repair layers on polymer basis from 0.3mm. Dust-free.

 

PolyFill SLB

A high grade quartz filler formed from grains, flours and additives that make the loose product dust-free. The filler has good technical properties and is suitable for slurries or epoxy self-levelling systems.

PolyFill EP KS

A fine grained quartz filler used for coatings, scraping layers, and primers.

PolyFill SL CG

Quartz filler with grain size 0-0.5mm specially developed for self-levelling MMA flooring which are afterwards scattered with coloured quartz granulates.

PolyFill VGM

Filler based on Quartz sands and special flours, grain size 0-2mm to achieve an excellent self-levelling mortar for grouting work.

PolyFill EP WP

Filler with grain size 0-0.7mm made of quartz products like sands and flour to fill self-levelling flooring polymers like EP and PU. Excellent flowing properties. Filling ratio is about 1:1 binder to filler depending on the binder. The EP WPD is the anti-dust version of this product.
