Depending on the intention of use, we select the raw materials needed. If you require specific raw materials that do not belong to our current line of products, we are able to supply and process especially for you. We can screen by dry-sieving, coat, or possibly mix with additives and other products, which will optimize the technical qualities of your requirement. Below you will find a list of granules which we currently process to achieve the final product (additives used are not included) suitable for cements, dust-free additives, or pigments.

 

SILICA FLOUR
Depending on the application, silica flours can be mixed and coated with other products hence removing the need for on-site mixing.

QUARTZ GRANULATE (high SiO² content)
We process different selected quartz granulates. Depending on use, we make our choices on the basis of colour, SiO² content, or the quartz granule form. Extreme white quartz sands with silica content of more than 99% are available in different fractions.

QUARTZ GRANULATE (low SiO² content)
Quartz granulate with silica content of 97.2%. Because of its slightly edgy shape, this is excellent for mortar fillers.
This is also the raw material used in our coloured quartz sands.

MARBLE
We dry and sieve rounded and angular marble granulates in various standard natural colours ie: Bianco Carrara, Nero Ebano, Grigio Garnico, Bianco Verona and more. Standard grain sizes for dried pebbles are 2-4mm and 4-6mm.
